RENO/TAHO International Airport

You will fly in or out the Reno/Taho International Airport (RNO) when traveling through Reno by air.  The airport, also called RNO, is approximately five miles to downtown Reno . It is always wise to verify flight information before departing for the airport. Call the airline directly or the National information service 1-888-766-4685 or tune your radio to 1610 AM. for the status of flights and Reno weather. Or you can check the weather with the Weather Channel You can also check on flight delays, parking and shuttles at RNO by calling 775-328-6400. Direction from RNO to UNR  From the airport, take local road continue on Nation Guard Way, then turn right onto Sky Way continue on East Plumb Lane. At US-395 E. Plumb Ln. exit turn right(going North) onto US-395. At I-80 exit 15 turn left(heading West)on to I-80. At I-80 exit 13 turn right(going North) onto US-395 Bussiness, then bear left onto Evans Ave you will arrive UNR. It takes approximately 10 minute from the airport to UNR. Citifare provides public transportation. Call 775-348-7433 for bus schedules and route information. Or you can use any hotel shuttle bus services from airport to downtown Reno. They service for Free.
