Site Plan

Note: This site plan is subject to changes by the web designer.

Site: This web site will be used to showcase all of my MGRS 324 assignments as well as some assignments from other classes. This site will also include my resume for prospective employers or those who want to view my qualifications. Finally, this site will have a special interests section with pictures of my family and friends and a special interests page, which will include some information about the explorers Lewis & Clark and their expedition.

4. Those who want to know more about the Lewis and Clark Expedition

Site Objectives
1. To promote myself to potential employers
2. To proudly display my assignments
3. To provide information about the Lewis and Clark Expedition
4. Provide a way to get feedback from viewers (e-mail)
5. Showcase my wacky friends and family

Basic Design Features
The site will consist of mostly neutral backgrounds that accentuate the text or pictures, except for the home page. The home page will be somewhat flashy in nature in order to draw viewers in. On dark backgrounds, I will use white or yellow text, 12-point font in century schoolbook for headings and times new roman for text. On light backgrounds, I will use black text with the same specifications as dark backgrounds. I will make hyperlinks blue with red for visited links. The tone and feel of the web site will be relaxed and fun.

Global Organization
Global menu bar: About the Site, Assignment Showcase, Resume, Pictures, and Lewis & Clark Expedition. Within each respective section will be a local menu bar.

Outside Links
There will be tons. I am not sure at the moment the full extent of outside links but I will know as I design the site further.
