Anti-viral Broth
4 tbls miso paste dissolved in 2 qts hot water
1 clove garlic, minced
1 small dried red chili, do not eat just steep in broth
2 tbls grated ginger
2 tbls Rasayana Prash
bring to slow boil - 2-3 minutes
sip throughout the day
As an extra: green onion, chopped cubes of packaged baked tofu.

Cranberry Cake Fantasy
Bundt pan
2 cups sifted oat flour
1 cup turbinado sugar
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup ghee found in health food stores or Indian stores
3/4 cup fresh tangerine juice
1/2 cup walnuts
2 cups fresh whole cranberries
2 tbls Rasayana Prash
1 tsp cardamon
1 tbls grated ginger
1/4 shredded coconut
Mix, pack into bunt pan and sprinkle top with sesame seeds. Bake at 350
for 1 hr.
