Welcome Psychology 101 students

Here you will find information about prevention, sexual assault, and treatment for sexual assault.

Some of the pages will have pictures with sound, and you may have to give your broswer permission to hear or view these things. It might be easiest to put this site in your 'safe site' list (in Internet Explorer, go to tools > pop-up blocker > pop-up blocker settings, and add http://www.scs.unr.edu/~SAPAC). If you do not have the appropriate plug-ins to hear the sound, contact the UNR computer lab or the PSY 101 Learning Lab for help in downloading the appropriate software.

Follow the 'next' buttons and directions at the bottom of each page and you will move through the web site smoothly. When you have completed this module, you will be required to complete a quiz on the material. You do not take this quiz in the PSY 101 Learning Lab - you can access it from any computer connected to the World Wide Web (at home, the library, etc.). Simply go to WebCt for the Psychology 101 web site (http://www.webct.unr.edu/) and click on the PSY 101 - Content link for your section (just as you would to access the online study guide and tutorials from home). On the main page, click on "SAPAC Quiz" and proceed to take the quiz (the quiz will be just like the ones you take in the Learning Lab). This quiz will count for 20 points toward your final grade.
Good luck!

Remember, at the end of this program, you'll need to take the SAPAC quiz on your WebCT site.
